Ricky Coleman is a solicitor and the founder of Peppercorn Law, a specialist firm advising on all aspects of leasehold law. He also volunteers at a leaseholder drop-in service in Brighton, assisting with all manner of property disputes relating to flats. 

Ricky regularly writes in relation to developments in leasehold reform and property law, contributing to discussions on topics such as the abolition of marriage value, ground rent issues, and the future of commonhold.

With over 20 years in the leisure management, Rob has provided consultancy to many of the UK’s leading developers, architects, and property management firms. Recognised as an expert in residential leisure facilities, he has been with motive8 for over a decade, having held multiple roles across the business before joining the Board of Directors in 2020. At motive8, Rob now oversees central operations, facility management services, business development along with supporting consultants on client projects.

Robert Poole is Director of Block Management at Glide, part of LRG, where he leads the delivery of block and estate management services. With over 20 years’ experience in the property sector, he has worked across everything from listed buildings to large modern developments.

He holds an MSc in Property Management & Investment and is a Member of The Property Institute (MTPI). Robert regularly contributes insight on compliance, technology, and how regulation is shaping the future of block management.

Roger is recognised as one of the UK’s leading experts in residential leasehold property law and has over 17 years’ experience.

He has played a key role in the development of leasehold case law and legislation. His work includes statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage claims; freehold acquisitions; ground rent portfolio sales and purchases; residential service charge disputes; applications to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and appeals to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), including applications to determine service charge liabilities, applications to appoint a manager and applications to vary leases.
