After experiencing the unfairness in the leasehold system during a now-infamous collective enfranchisement of his own building, Mike drew on his decades of expertise in the global software industry, to found The Freehold Collective (TFC), a unique partnership dedicated to helping leaseholders acquire the freehold of their homes and investments. An experienced director of many freehold and RTM companies Mike’s mission is to act as the mentor that he wished he had when he embarked on his own freehold journey. A recipient of several industry awards, Mike has orchestrated thousands of leaseholders over 15 years in exercising their leasehold and freehold property rights, with a particular focus on navigating leasehold reform and on managing buildings for the benefit of all homeowners.

Molly Louis is a dedicated property manager with specialist expertise in residential estate management and supporting leaseholders through the Right to Manage (RTM) process. Her work spans both new-build developments and established blocks, where she ensures efficient operations and fosters strong relationships with residents and directors.

She brings a dynamic blend of experience across hospitality, property management and lettings, and business development. Prior to joining Placekeeper Management, Molly worked as a Business Development Executive in the property tax sector, where she honed her skills in sales strategy, client engagement, and objection handling.

Molly’s confident, solution-focused approach, combined with hands-on experience in lettings and property management, adds valuable depth to the team. Her ability to connect with clients and understand the needs of residents ensures a responsive and people-first approach to estate management. Her approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to resident-focused service make her a trusted and valued member of the Placekeeper team.

A Lawyer Hot 100, described as ‘standout’ and ‘very high profile’ in Chambers 2024, and at the ‘forefront of Forsters’ success’ in Legal 500 2024, Natasha was elected to be Senior Partner in September 2022.
 
Natasha is well known for working with leaseholders, protecting their interests through the Courts and Tribunals. Most notably, she acted for the leaseholders in their successful nuisance action against the Tate Gallery in the Supreme Court, known as Fearn and others (Appellants) v Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery (Respondent). As an enfranchisement specialist, she also acts for leaseholders in leading enfranchisement cases. She succeeded in the House of Lords in the leading cases Aggio and Sportelli and created the test enfranchisement structure for the Ministry of Defence, going on to lead on the successful proceedings relating to their UK property portfolio, known as Annington Property Ltd v Secretary of State for Defence 2023. As a result of this claim, the MOD was able to re-acquire their UK property portfolio at a fraction of its market value. he is recognised in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame and as a Band 1 Ranked Lawyer in the Chambers UK Guide 2025.

I am a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in leasehold and mixed use property management. I am the former owner of Alexander Faulkner Partnership which managed 26,000 units across the Country predominantly for RMC clients. I am a Director and part owner of Charlecote Estates providing traditional general practice surveying and valuation services. 

Nick doesn’t run a typical on-site staffing outfit – and he’s not a typical operator. Born with profound hearing loss, he learned early to observe closely, communicate intentionally and lead with empathy. That mindset shapes award-winning Cledor, the company he founded to deliver hybrid on-site teams – concierge, security and estate staff – who are as attuned to resident experience as they are to safety and compliance.

A long-time Aikido instructor and accomplished Karate practitioner, Nick brings the dojo’s discipline to front-of-house service: etiquette, calm under pressure, precise decision-making.
