Prior to joining ChargeGuru, Harry led the Business Development team at Community Fibre, where he was instrumental in scaling digital infrastructure across London’s residential landscape. At ChargeGuru, he leverages this deep expertise in property-side negotiations to spearhead the Fully Funded Solution (FFS). This strategic initiative is designed to solve the "EV gap" for the property sector by providing end-to-end charging infrastructure at zero cost to freeholders and property managers. Harry is dedicated to future-proofing multi-unit dwellings, ensuring that sustainable at-home charging is accessible, scalable, and commercially viable for the modern property market.

Hasib is the Business Development Manager at ChargeGuru, where they focus on delivering fully-funded EV charging solutions for apartment blocks and office buildings. With five years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, Hasib has helped businesses transition their company fleets to e-mobility and now works closely with property professionals to provide infrastructure that enables residents and tenants to adopt electric vehicles with ease. Outside of work, Hasib enjoys playing football and long-distance running.

Iwalade (Iwa) is a marketing specialist and journalist covering property and finance across the UK. She completed her MSc in Marketing two years ago from the University of Leicester.

Jack Seton is an accomplished insurance professional with over two decades of industry experience. As Head of FlatGuard Insurance at Bridge Insurance Brokers Ltd, Jack has played a pivotal role in the company’s success, helping secure the title of ‘Insurance Broker of the Year’ three times in 12 months.

In addition to his leadership role, Jack is the co-founder of Proper-Talk, a dynamic leasehold networking and panel discussion group that has rapidly gained momentum throughout 2024 and 2025. His contributions to the leasehold and property management sector were recently recognised with an 'Influencer' award in the 2024 PM50. With a passion for innovation and collaboration, Jack brings deep industry insight and practical expertise to every discussion, making him a sought-after speaker at events across the insurance and property sectors.

James Rea brings over 35 years of front-line investigative and regulatory experience to the UK property sector. A former Professor of Law and Justice, James’s career is defined by high-stakes compliance; he previously architected and implemented a global compliance program for VISA, ensuring data integrity across complex international borders. As the founder of A.I.M Forensics,( Apartment Incident Management A.I.M) James has spent the last five years applying this 'VISA-grade' rigour to the UK’s evolving legislative landscape. He specialises in bridging the gap between onsite reporting and the forensic standards required by the courts, providing the industry with the 'Forensic Shield' necessary to navigate the new era of residential enforcement.

Jamie Willsdon is a co-founder of Future Group, a specialist contractor delivering practical, sustainable solutions for block and estate managers in the leasehold sector. With decades of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, he has a deep understanding of the challenges teams face on-site and has helped oversee the growth of six specialist divisions, giving him the expertise to lead complex projects from the ground up.

Jamie now leads the company’s EV division, Future EV Connected, offering a comprehensive service for residential blocks - from planning and design to installation, funding support, and ongoing maintenance of EV charging points. His extensive background in energy-saving solutions, renewables, and EV charging ensures that Future EV Connected delivers sustainable and compliant infrastructure tailored to the needs of property managers and leaseholders.

Jodie Fraser is the Managing Director at JMJ Asset Management, where she leads the company and oversees all aspects of its operations. With two decades of experience in the property sector, Jodie is passionate about raising standards, promoting professionalism, and improving the wellbeing of those working in property management. 

Alongside her work at JMJ, Jodie is the founder and host of the podcast Beyond Four Walls, which shines a light on the people behind property, exploring topics such as leadership, mental health, resilience, and personal growth.

Jodie is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness, women in business, and creating safer workplaces. She is the Chair of Trustees of the Hollie Gazzard Trust and works to champion respect and safety within the property industry.
