David has been working at Ark Workplace Risk for 25 years, following a career within Local Authority building control, where he looked after major construction sites. David is a compliance expert, and is well known and respected in the property sector, sitting on various boards and delivering training for numerous key industry bodies, including The Property Institute and the BPF. Given his high-level connections, David is often first to know about changes in legislation and how this might impact Health, Safety and Risk compliance management.

Denis brings over a decade of automotive experience to his role as Managing Director of Tohmo (formerly ChargeGuru). His background includes roles at Hyundai, where he developed a passion for alternative fuels, and later at Pod Point, where he focused specifically on the UK's EV charging market. This deep industry knowledge now underpins his work in helping to expand the country's “at home” charging infrastructure.
Having launched the ChargeGuru brand and business to the UK market, Denis’ work now focuses on removing the barriers to electrification, particularly within multi-unit buildings like apartment and office blocks.

Shaun is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer with over 25 years of experience in health, safety, and fire risk management. In addition to his role as Quality Assurance & Strategy Director at Tetra, Shaun is a visiting academic at the University of Greenwich and Middlesex University, and he serves as an external examiner at the University of Malta. He is actively involved with The Property Institute and the Building Safety Alliance, focusing on the impacts of emerging legislation on building safety. Shaun currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the IOSH Construction Group Committee. His ongoing research interests include ethics, leadership, education, and competence in health, safety, and fire practice within the built environment.

Emma Raspin leads the transactional construction team at Clarke Willmott LLP. She advises a range of clients and lenders on development projects, often against a background of complex debt and equity finance.

She has previous disputes experience and practised for several years in the Middle East, but now focusses on transactional built environment, real estate development and finance, education, senior living healthcare and renewable energy work.
