Colin, is the founder and Managing Director of adiuvo, the largest and foremost specialist Out of Hours Service in the UK currently responsible for over 1 Million properties. A former property manager who understands the needs of the sector Colin is also a proponent of tech and AI which adiuvo continue to build for themselves and their clients.

Daniel Snape is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Associate Director at Watts Group Limited. With over 8 years’ experience, he delivers building surveying and project management services across sectors including commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, and life sciences.

Dan has over a decade of experience in the block management industry, with a career that has progressed from Property Administrator through to senior operational leadership, including Head of Property Management and systems architecture roles. This progression has given him a deep, practical understanding of the operational, strategic, and regulatory demands of managing residential and mixed-use developments.

Dan specialises in the intersection of property operations, technology, and systems design. His work focuses on developing and integrating modern technology stacks, building web and app solutions, and creating scalable operational frameworks that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and ensure data integrity.

He is particularly passionate about where technology meets bricks and mortar, combining digital innovation with the expertise of great people to deliver better outcomes in property management.

Alongside his operational and technical work, Dan has a strong interest in product development, brand, and marketing, ensuring that the systems and services supporting property management are intuitive, well designed, and aligned with business growth.
