Shelley Jacobs is the Operations Director of Hertfordshire based managing agent Michael Laurie Magar Ltd. Shelley is also a Business Psychologist, a Cognitive Behavioural Coach and is a member of the TPI Wellbeing Working Group. Shelley is passionate about supporting Employee Wellbeing for the Block Management Industry and regularly runs courses, delivers talks and writes articles about wellbeing and leadership.

This includes inheritance tax planning, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, setting up Trusts and advising trustees on the administration of their trusts. Sital also undertakes administration of estates, probate and Court of Protection matters.

Sital works closely with her clients and provides them with practical and effective solutions to their problems. She enjoys explaining complex law in a way that that is easy for her clients to understand.

Tom believes software providers should be true partners rather than just suppliers, working closely with managing agents to ensure technology delivers meaningful, real-world value.

Tom Davies is Group Financial Services Managing Director at LRG, where he leads Mortgage Scout and the group’s wider financial services business. 

With two decades’ experience in the mortgage sector, Tom has held senior roles including Sales Director and Managing Director at Alexander Hall. He is now focused on building LRG’s financial services offering, ensuring clients receive expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to their needs.

Tom also plays a key role in shaping strategy and driving growth across LRG’s financial services division, working with lenders and regulators to support buyers, landlords, and homeowners.

Tony Hymers is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property management. He co-founded Burlington Estates and Tempest AI, was MD at Ballymore, and formerly chaired ARMA. Today, he focuses on using AI to transform the sector—boosting agent profits and improving the resident experience.
