Cleanscapes provides professional communal cleaning and grounds maintenance services to residential developments, mixed-use schemes and commercial properties across London and the South of England. We work closely with managing agents, block management companies and housing associations to deliver reliable, high-quality services that help maintain clean, safe and well-presented environments for residents.
Cleanscapes is part of the Scapes Group, a property services organisation employing over 500 staff across four specialist divisions: Cleanscapes, Groundscapes, Treescapes and Bulkscapes. Together, the group provides a comprehensive range of services designed to support managing agents with all aspects of estate maintenance.

All operatives are fully trained, uniformed and operate branded vehicles. The Scapes Group holds ISO accreditations, Safe Contractor approval and extensive liability insurance, while our in-house reporting system provides photographic job reports after each visit for full transparency and quality assurance.
