Giles Stratton

Giles Stratton is a Solicitor in the Landlord & Tenant team.

Giles first joined the Landlord & Tenant department as a Paralegal in 2022 and assisted the team on a range of matters including lease extensions, collective purchases of freehold, licences to alter, and licences to assign.

Giles completed trainee seats with the Residential Property team, in which he assisted with the conveyancing of a range of properties, and with our Private Client Team, where he assisted the team in succession planning, estate administration and LPAs. Giles sat his fourth and final seat with the Litigation team before qualifying in April 2026.

Giles studied History and Politics at the University of Nottingham, before studying at the University of Law in Reading, doing the GDL and later the LPC with MSc in Law, Business, and Management.
